Briefly, biotin labelled CTLA4 Nano-antibody were diluted serially in PBS with 0.01% BSA (pH 7.4). Duplicate samples of 100μl were then transferred to rh CTLA4-coated microtiter wells and incubated for 1h at 37℃. Wells were washed 3 times with PBST and incubated for 0.5 h at 37℃ with SA labelled HRP. After incubation with SA labelled HRP, wells were aspirated and washed 5 times. With the addition of substrate solution, wells were incubated 15-25 minutes at 37℃. Finally, add 50μL stop solution to the wells and read at 450/630 nm immediately. The binding activity of rh CTLA4 and CTLA4 Nano-antibody was shown in Figure 1, and the ED50 for this effect is 0.06607 ug/ml.

最佳稀釋倍數最終由用戶決定。
儲存
經常使用則4°C保存。-20°C保存不超過兩年。避免反復凍融。
穩(wěn)定性
熱穩(wěn)定性以損失率顯示。損失率是由加速降解試驗決定，具體方法如下：在37°C孵育48小時，沒有顯著的降解或者沉淀產生。保質期內，在適當的條件下存儲，損失率低于5%。
